    I dealt with Jose Thankachan. The first day we met he ried to poach me from my realtor. I rented for 1 year a property that the landlord said he managed.Jose said he did not. The whole year I lived there, they gave me issues and did not want to fix anything. Jose said I complain too much, simply because I told them what the house needed to have fixed. They did not renew my lease. Now, all they did was replace the AC unit, and power wash the fence, and are now renting it it out for $75 more a month than what I was paying. No shame. Shady business person.
