  **Any review before summer of 2016 is irrelevant and out of date.** Rent goes up every year. Since the new owners took over, they've taken away services and increased prices on everything. Last rent increase was 10% and after looking at prices online the other day, I see that they've gone up another 15%. When I moved in, my 1bd rent was $935 + $20 for parking. Now a 1bd can cost more than $1400 and parking is $35. There are no amenities. The complex website lies. There are no hardwood floors, it's laminate that looks like hard wood. Counter tops are faux granite. A lot of the residents are trashy litter bugs. The management team does not pick up the parking lot. Walls are thin and windows don't do anything to stop sound. Apartments aren't ever ventilated separately. My previous neighbors smoked weed and I could smell it everytime, and when they moved out, I could smell the fumes of paint and varnish for days. It was chokingly thick.
